1. Services Provided

JobMatchAI provides tools for resume parsing, ATS scoring, and AI-powered resume rewriting. Free tier operates locally in your browser. Plus and Pro premium tiers utilize OpenAI's generative models for advanced rewriting.

2. Account and Usage Restrictions

Credits provided are subject to our "whichever is earlier" validity policy (typically 30 days or total credit exhaustion). Accounts are intended for individual use only. Any automated scraping, reverse engineering, or API abuse will result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

3. Payments and Billing

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Prices displayed on our platform are inclusive of the 18% Goods and Services Tax (GST) for Indian users as mandated by law.

4. Intellectual Property

The underlying algorithms, UI/UX designs, and JobMatchAI branding are the exclusive property of AUREXARA AI. However, you retain full ownership of all data, text, and resumes you upload or generate using the platform.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
