Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Digital SaaS Service Nature

Due to the instant delivery nature of our API credits and digital services, we generally do not offer refunds once a plan is purchased and credits are utilized. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge the immediate access granted to premium features.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are strictly issued under the following circumstances:

• Technical Failures: Payment was deducted, but credits were not added to your account within 2 hours.
• Duplicate Charges: Accidental double charges caused by gateway errors.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 working days for the funds to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.

4. Cancellations

Plans on JobMatchAI are billed on a one-time basis. There are no auto-recurring subscriptions or hidden fees. Therefore, explicit cancellation is not required—you can simply choose not to renew once your validity expires or your credits are exhausted.
